There's a new podcast called The Alan Moore Cast. It is described as, "Each week on The Alan Moore Cast, your favorite comic book creators and pop culture aficionados join host Nathan Cabaniss to talk about a different Moore project. The comics, the books, the adaptations... We'll be discussing them all to fully explore the work of a writer who changed the comic book landscape, if not all of popular culture, several times over."
Several weeks ago, there was a good episode featuring Joe Casey, a writer who followed Moore on both WildC.A.T.s and Youngblood. Casey talks about what he liked about Moore's runs and how they inspired him, but also a great bit about where he thinks Moore went wrong on Judgment Day.

That sounds really cool. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I still need to get you on Bad-Rockin at some point if you're interested. You are the guy that got me into Awesome/Extreme in the first place and now I have a whole podcast talking about it.
ReplyDeleteSure. Let me give it a listen. I saw you had Rob on (not Liefeld) and he's one of my favorite guys who knows Extreme, so I'll be listening to that this week.
DeleteWhile I've been following you're blog for a long time now. It was actually Messick himself who suggested I should reach out to you about being a guest. We've been on hiatus because my laptop broke. But I finally have a replacement so we can start recording new episodes again. Hope you like the show.
